The race is approximately 250 km divided into 6 stages, to be completed at free pace in self-sufficiency conditions in a desert environment and with the support of a quasi-professional organizing team.

Sean has begun his training and has less that 60 days to prepare his body for one of the toughest races on the planet.

Jebel Ali Chairman Stuart Quinn - "We are all immensely proud of Sean and his achievements on the rugby pitch for the JA Dragons, this is a different kettle of fish though. Not many of us have seen him run the length of the field recently let alone run a marathon every day for 6 days straight. The biggest rollsie of his life. We are all behind him 100%"
